EYEWEAR CONCEPT ships to any country in the world.
Some deliveries might by subject to taxes and duties; however, we can never determine the amount of tax that the client will have to pay upon receipt of the order as it will depend of the local customs. Customs expenses and import taxes are not included in the price of the item and they must be paid by the recipient of the goods to the relevant authorities on the destination.
The delivery time of each order starts once the payment has been made.
All the shipments are made by a courier company called Envialia, DHL, UPS or by Correos (Spain’s postal service).
The majority of products (sunglasses, frames, contact lenses, contact lens solution) are kept in stock and ready to be shipped immediately. Due to the nature of certain products, we will not have them in stock (special contact lenses, Oakley Custom, etc.) but you will be able to find the delivery time on each of them individually.
Delivery and shipping costs:
(*Except in the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla, where the delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days).
These delivery times might be slightly longer under special circumstances (strikes, delivery to remote locations, etc.). If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot deliver within the timeframe given, we will inform you and give you the option to continuing with the purchase or cancelling the order in which case you will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
